Responsibility
- general cleaning duties - sweeping, polishing, dusting and vacuuming. Ensuring specific areas and touch points are of a high standard
- may require heavy lifting
- must be physically fit as the duties can be demanding and cover a large area
- punctuality, time management, reliability and the ability to work alone are required
- must hold a full, clean driving licence and be able to travel across London and the south-east
- good communication and reporting skills - ability to inform the company of defects/maintenance required in any of the properties. Communicate on a daily basis with the office manager or owner
