working closely with the owners and running a small but established team, you’ll be a diligent chef, manager and staff leader – across all sections of the kitchen you’ll be expected to get stuck in from the first day, from deserts to prep to grill, you’ll be no stranger to long hours in the kitchen and the relevant qualifications and knowledge of Food Safety, Health and Hygiene
we expect our Head Chef to take a lead in writing new menu's and guaranteeing an efficiently costed supply chain through current and new suppliers
this permanent role will require a Chef who is flexible with enormously busy summer months and quieter winter periods, you'll be expected to dutifully manage staffing, ordering and service through high and low volume service times
working will be split around breakfast, lunch and evenings, working 5.5 days a week Easter to October, and 5 days a week from October to Easter
