- operation of chip and pin machines and an EPOS till including the handling of cash payments
- ensuring that a personal full understanding is maintained about menus, offers and other relevant information
- promoting and practising relevant health and safety, food hygiene and fire safety standards
- barista experience: 1 year
- hospitality: 1 year
- preparing and presenting products according to specification. Ability to produce coffee & hot drinks to a high standard. Coffee art experience is an additional bonus
