Responsibility

  • manage integration of Sales Operations function throughout the Commercial team
  • develop and manage key cross-functional relationships with EMEA and Global Sales and Marketing, I.T., HR, Legal, Compliance, and others
  • support in launch and implementation of NAV ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM system within European entities
  • ensure CRM is deployed in an effective and efficient manner
  • evaluate and implement commercial needs to establish new functionality or ongoing enhancements to implement company’s sales and technology strategy
  • integrate and ensure application of sales methodologies are integrated with sales team activities and translate to CRM and funnel management
  • work collaboratively with our sales leaders and data to continually refine the CRM architecture and territory mapping
  • develops and implements pricing and contracting and Agreements process along performance metrics
