Responsibility

  • prepare and check employee 4 weekly wages for both Care Workers & Locality Managers
  • enter and process wages on Sage Payroll up to pre update stages
  • add new starters onto Sage Payroll
  • within the time frame required, pass wages information to the Finance Manager for processing
  • distribute P45’s and Pension Correspondence
  • prepare and distribute wage packs for Locality Managers as needed
  • take charge of holiday record keeping
  • take charge of absence records
