Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paralegal or Trainee Solicitor to join our talented Family and Childcare team
- ● Gaining exposure to matters including care proceedings, child arrangements and general family law
- ● Assisting in the representation of clients in the Magistrates and County Court under the supervision of our experienced team
- ● Developing effective communication skills to explain complex legal information in a clear and appropriate manner
- ● Participating in client interactions, providing empathetic support and ensuring they are well informed throughout the legal process
- ● Assisting a team of experienced lawyers, under the guidance of Jonathan Woodhouse, one of the firm's directors, in handling a diverse caseload related to childcare matters
Requirements
- ● Degree in Law or a relevant legal field
- ● Strong desire to build a career in Family and Childcare Law
- ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ● Compassionate and supportive demeanour
