Responsibility
identifying primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these people
developing a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that these are fulfilled
understanding any changes in client circumstances and ensure key information is being shared with the Leadership team in a timely manner
understand, apply and where necessary explain the business policies and procedures to ensure alignment on processes with client
collaborating with our Client Directors to actively identify account growth opportunities on the account
developing a deep understanding of the client's business environment and consumers
ensuring the retained team are meeting the required standard for delivery, performance, data quality, reliability, and accuracy
continuously explore ways to optimise existing processes, systems and people to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in how we deliver our work
Requirements
minimum 4 years’ experience in an account management/project management
experience working within an agency environment
client centric
technically savvy and commercially minded
strong EQ – able to build trusted relationships
