Responsibility

  • identifying primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these people
  • developing a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that these are fulfilled
  • understanding any changes in client circumstances and ensure key information is being shared with the Leadership team in a timely manner
  • understand, apply and where necessary explain the business policies and procedures to ensure alignment on processes with client
  • collaborating with our Client Directors to actively identify account growth opportunities on the account
  • developing a deep understanding of the client's business environment and consumers
  • ensuring the retained team are meeting the required standard for delivery, performance, data quality, reliability, and accuracy
  • continuously explore ways to optimise existing processes, systems and people to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in how we deliver our work

Requirements

  • minimum 4 years’ experience in an account management/project management
  • experience working within an agency environment
  • client centric
  • technically savvy and commercially minded
  • strong EQ – able to build trusted relationships
