Responsibility
- identifying primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these people
- developing a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that these are fulfilled
- understanding any changes in client circumstances and ensure key information is being shared with the Leadership team in a timely manner
- understand, apply and where necessary explain the business policies and procedures to ensure alignment on processes with client
- collaborating with our Client Directors to actively identify account growth opportunities on the account
- developing a deep understanding of the client's business environment and consumers
- ensuring the retained team are meeting the required standard for delivery, performance, data quality, reliability, and accuracy
- continuously explore ways to optimise existing processes, systems and people to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in how we deliver our work
Requirements
- minimum 4 years’ experience in an account management/project management
- experience working within an agency environment
- client centric
- technically savvy and commercially minded
- strong EQ – able to build trusted relationships
