Responsibility
- \* Initially starting in observation of product co-ordination whilst training in technical support, design and quoting of systems in quiet times
- \* Technical support/fault diagnosis with engineers via telephone, with occasional site visits
- \* Quoting of spare parts via email and telephone
- \* Sales ordering
- \* Quoting of air conditioning and ventilation systems via email and telephone, when required
- we are looking for a young new starter to come in as a technical advisor and spares supervisor . If you have no experience in air conditioning, this is not a problem as our aim is to train you to suit our requirement
Requirements
- \* Customer friendly and confident talking with regular and new customers via telephone and face to face
- \* Understanding of computers and computer systems
- \* Technically/Mechanically minded
- \* Sociable and friendly with staff members
- \* Personal Transport
- starting salary is £18,000 - £22,000 based on quick increases related to performance
