- A Contracts Manager for a rapidly growing timber frame company reporting directly to the Operations manager
- FREDS Timber Frame Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Contracts Manager
- this position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management and project coordination within the timber frame industry

- the successful applicant should have a sound knowledge of construction and timber frame methods and details, an eye for accuracy and quality resulting in the best end product, Ap and SMSTS certificates, be computer literate and hold a full driving licence
- he/she will be expected to manage timber frame erectors, co-ordinate site deliveries and the hiring of cranes with lift plans, ensuring compliance with site Health & Safety, periodic inspection and sign-off of work
- the successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals to learn the intricacies of project planning, project administration and site management while contributing to the successful completion of our projects
