Responsibility

  • we are strengthening the Credit Control team based at our Ipswich Head Offices with a Credit Controller
  • previous travel industry experience would be an advantage but not essential

  • the role is offered on a permanent full time basis, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a hybrid work pattern split between home and office
  • reporting to the Credit and Risk Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the collection of monies due from debtors within the agreed company payment terms and risk guidelines, account set up on GUI and Navision for agents & tour operators for consortia and large agents where we either hold a group agency/tour operator agreement and building and maintaining good relationships with external and internal contacts along with general account maintenance
