• we are looking to recruit a Service Co-ordinator to our Team to work alongside the other co-ordinators on a 4 on 4 off rota

• you may be required to lead, develop and co-ordinate a team of care workers and you will be assigned to cover the First line on-call out of hours service on a rotational basis
• attend induction, in-house training sessions and staff meetings
• reporting any issues to the senior management team
• carry out duties as assigned by your Senior line managers
