  • SCQF Level 10 in Care Service Leadership and Management
  • full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
  • management of Care at Home Services
  • proven history of managing and growing services
  • leading a significant team and collaborating with other care professionals
  • managing financial matters for a service of this size

Responsibility

  • bring previous experience in managing a Care at Home service
  • provide dynamic leadership to the branch manager and staff, aiming for positive outcomes for all
  • contribute to the strategic development, growth and management of the branch
  • assist in the development and growth of additional services in Aberdeenshire
  • ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
