Responsibility
regular customer liaison via telephone, e-mail and face to face client meetings
managing and build relationships with key clients
responsible for creating shortage lists for orders and identify material shortages and finding a resolution
master Data activity completing part set-up and management of customer category lists
manage clear stocks to ensure there is no obsolete stock
resolve Order shortfalls by consultation with, Supply Demand management team and Sales Account Managers
create customer ATM models
leading weekly/monthly/quarterly demand review meetings with customers
Requirements
experience as job related experience within a fast speed, high volume environment is desirable
process customer forecasts and analyse demand
used to working within a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment is desirable
we are looking for a confident and highly organised individual who is used to working in fast pace and challenging environment
you will be also responsible for the demand analysis, driving process improvements and building strong relationships with key customers and internal departments
