sales administrator
Responsibility
- regular customer liaison via telephone, e-mail and face to face client meetings
- managing and build relationships with key clients
- responsible for creating shortage lists for orders and identify material shortages and finding a resolution
- master Data activity completing part set-up and management of customer category lists
- manage clear stocks to ensure there is no obsolete stock
- resolve Order shortfalls by consultation with, Supply Demand management team and Sales Account Managers
- create customer ATM models
- leading weekly/monthly/quarterly demand review meetings with customers
Requirements
- experience as job related experience within a fast speed, high volume environment is desirable
- process customer forecasts and analyse demand
- used to working within a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment is desirable
- we are looking for a confident and highly organised individual who is used to working in fast pace and challenging environment
- you will be also responsible for the demand analysis, driving process improvements and building strong relationships with key customers and internal departments
