Responsibility

  • ensure follow up is taken in a timely manner to deliver the highest levels of customer service
  • maintain records in SimPro for progress, return visits, recurring jobs, billing etc
  • maintain accurate records and provide administrative support for all site jobs and building contractors
  • order stock for the vans/fleet, update the stock system and allocate accordingly
  • chase outstanding payments from customers and for site jobs
  • take the lead on all incoming calls and voicemails, and review and action emails, dealing with them as appropriate or passing them on to colleagues when necessary
  • complete registrations for building contractors
  • manage bookings, progress jobs, source and order parts , as well as ensuring returning and recurring appointments
