Responsibility

  • qualified to NVQ level 3 with salon experience
  • be confident in all aspects of hairdressing and provide treatments to the highest standard
  • undertake a variety of training to provide new services and to refresh existing skills
  • create a professional but calm and relaxing environment
  • ensure the salon and work area adhere to hygiene standards
  • follow stock control procedures and assist Salon Manager when required
  • assist junior staff members with their skills as necessary
  • ensure the client’s salon journey is a wonderful experience
