Responsibility

  • mainly office based with visits to sites and suppliers
  • producing quotations including materials, labour and sub-contract work
  • project managing orders through to completion and handover
  • working with and updating company CRM system
  • handling enquiries and queries
  • liaising with Surveyors
  • dealing with Suppliers
  • dealing with Subcontractors

Requirements

  • access control/CCTV/Alarm/Auto door background would be ideal
  • health & safety knowledge
  • ability to work independently with little supervision
  • ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • good communication skills, literacy and computer literate
  • project Management: 1 year
