Responsibility
- an opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established and successful organisation in Telford
- framexpress is Shropshire’s leading PVCu window and door manufacturer
- in this role, you will manufacture PVC frames through the production line to create high quality products for our customers
- working in a team within all sections on the production floor including machine shop, welding, fitting, and glazing
- training and development will be provided from day one along with a permanent secure contract, guaranteed hours and opportunities for overtime
- use of self-standing windows fabrication machinery
- rotating section work to ensure multi skilled working and provide cover for staff absences
- using air powered tools to secure hardware to the frames
Requirements
- ideally you would have some experience of working in a production and /or factory machinery setting
- this role involves manual handling items of up to 25kg
- this role involved manual handling up to 25kg
- experience or transferable skills in welding, cutting, beading, gearing, hanging and in the operation of hand tools is desirable but is not essential as full training is provided
