Responsibility

  • build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and ensure that client projects follow through
  • day-to-day client contact and directing any queries or requests to the appropriate internal stakeholder
  • manage all client meetings, including organizing, driving the internal preparation, capturing all actions, and ensuring they are completed
  • working with the Head of Retail and Product Development team to maximize margins while maintaining value for clients
  • identify and implement action plans to drive growth with the Head of Retail to continuously assess our client's performance, identify opportunities for growth, and drive the execution of these plans

Requirements

  • at least 3 years of experience within a similar field client facing, Account Manager role
  • previous experience managing a small high-value client base
  • experienced in growing a business within existing client accounts
  • able to manage multiple internal stakeholders on time-sensitive projects
