Requirements

- working with teams who have built products from scratch to release and iteration
- experience of managing and coaching team members
- experience of managing remote teams
- ability to break down key projects into milestones, risks, early feedback opportunities
- strong team-oriented outlook to help to create high-performing teams
- previous experience as an engineer and naturally moved into engineering leadership
