Responsibility

  • assist the store manager in daily operations
  • assist with employee hiring, training and scheduling
  • your responsibilities will include
  • assist employees with issues in a polite and professional manner
  • developing store strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • communicate relevant information about the store to staff, organization and management
  • meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
  • facilitate operational effectiveness of the store by helping to ensure that the daily tasks are completed in a timely manner

Requirements
