- proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- strong background in food preparation and culinary practices
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in hotel or café management
