Responsibility

  • our client, a leader in advanced electronics manufacturing, require an Operations Director, who will provide strategic, and when required tactical leadership across all functions in an end-to-end manufacturing operations environment from materials in to finished goods out
  • prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting operational achievements, challenges, and recommended actions
  • ensure compliance with health and safety requirements across the operations
  • identify areas for process improvement within the manufacturing workflow and supply chain
  • oversee and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw materials sourcing to production planning and finished goods
