Responsibility

  • working on a rota basis, covering weekends and bank holidays
  • dransfield Properties was formed in 1992 and specialises in retail led regeneration schemes based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire
  • plan the Centre’s weekly Friday market and monthly weekend markets, ensuring a full line up of 20 traders at every market
  • advertise the markets using social media, website and local press
  • ensure credit control and invoicing is up to date for all markets, and that traders have paid in advance
  • plan, host and review new events to increase footfall and support retailers
  • secure sponsorship for large events
  • the retail property company owns and manages several shopping centres across the UK and employs all its management, security, cleaning, and customer service teams in house
