  • we are looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef to work in our friendly and busy kitchen. All our food is produced locally, freshly prepared and cooked on site. You will be supporting the Head Chef with every day running of the kitchen
  • your role will also include managing your team when needed, making sure everything is prepared and ready for service and help creating dishes for our seasonal menu and weekly special menus
