Responsibility
- monitor and manage Bread creator inboxes across the network
- monitor and manage Bread Discord activity for campaign opportunity and delivery purposes
- triage and refine all inbound campaign opportunities for Bread creators
- negotiate creator rates and deliverables in accordance with internal pricing strategy
- initiate and maintain the flow of deals through Fourth Floor’s internal CRM and project management systems
- initiate and maintain campaign workbooks for all inbound deals in accordance with agreed pricing and deal structure
- support in the production of campaign briefing documentation for creators where necessary
- work internally across Fourth Floor to negotiate and troubleshoot scheduling and production issues as they arise
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- minimum 3 years working in in artist management, influencer management, business development, or related roles in the creator/gaming industry
- good understanding of the digital media landscape
- ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting workloads
- experience working with regional UGC creators and influencers, local creator management companies, influencer marketing agencies, etc. along with issues faced
