Responsibility
- we are a catering company with contracts at golf clubs as well as catering for high level outside events
- prepare and cook short order meals that are fresh and visually appealing meals in a timely manner
- create and develop specials with the kitchen and front of house manager to keep offerings fresh and exciting
- ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards
- monitor food stock and order supplies as needed
- maintain a clean and organised work area, following all sanitation guidelines
- comunicate with the Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef or Cook
- good knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
