Responsibility
- to supervise production of products and to ensure goods are produced to the production plan
- to ensure all recipes are followed exactly and to supervise others in doing so
- supervision of Bakery staff to ensure compliance to company policies and work instructions
- to perform all duties – weighing down, mixing, processing, baking and packing products as instructed by the Production Co-ordinator
- report problems and non conformances to the Production Co-ordinator
- an awareness of HACCP CCP’s and supervise other team members
- supervision of cleaning and maintaining cleaning records. Planning cleaning at the end of the day to ensure adequate staff are available and allocate the jobs to them
- to maintain personal standards of cleanliness as set out by the Hygiene Rules QM037
