- carry out maintenance function adopting safe working practices
- perform effectively in a Lean Manufacturing Environment
- identify opportunities to reduce unplanned downtime and improve machine performance
- work alongside the management team to improve Health, Safety and Environmental obligations, protecting the business, staff and assets
- liaise with internal customers to ensure effective communication of work carried out
- to repair, maintain and service any equipment, associated with the manufacture of the company’s products. Support, instruct and train where necessary any personnel associated with the equipment
Requirements
- experienced in Fault Finding on plant and machinery, both mechanical and electrical
- ability to read Electrical drawings, Ladder Diagrams, and Pneumatic diagrams
- time served Multi skilled Electrical and Mechanical qualifications
- experience working in the Factory environment
- excellent Team Worker/Communicator
- IT Awareness
