Requirements
- minimum 3 years’ experience providing desktop support
- A Good knowledge of current operating systems
- this is a 37.5 hour per week role based at our Head Office just outside of Romford in Essex
- A Good understanding of Office 365, AzureAD
- A Good understanding of networking equipment and standards
- strong understanding of Windows Server administration and tools
- at the heart of our company is a supportive team of experienced and certified engineers
- experience with Endpoint security and other security tools such as SPAM filters
Responsibility
- assisting the Projects team with upgrade and install work where required
