Responsibility

  • develop and implement FORWARD LADIES ’s Marketing and Communication Strategy and Plan
  • engage with key stakeholders to deliver the Communications strategy
  • work with the Managing Director to develop an annual plan and budget for Communications
  • manage expenditure within budget
  • undertake research to understand FORWARD LADIES’ audiences and to monitor the effectiveness of Communications activity
  • monitor and report on progress against the Communications plan
  • at least 2 years of marketing experience with a thorough understanding of a broad range of marketing channels, including; digital, inbound, and account-based marketing experience
  • contribute to organisation-wide planning
