Responsibility

  • preserving and refining a strong brand and visual identity within existing guidelines, whilst keeping our brand guidelines up to date
  • project manage the design of graphics, print and digital assets for all company brands and additional design briefs e.g
  • brochures, flyers, emails, branded stationery, infographics, websites, social media artwork, exhibition materials, online ads and more
  • design and set HTML emails for in-house marketing and external partners
  • undertaking creative research, and developing concepts for in-house delivery and external clients

Requirements

  • proficiency in all Adobe programmes
  • knowledge of HTML or CSS
  • ability to demonstrate natural flair for design by combining visual awareness and lateral thinking
  • proactive when dealing with design challenges
  • excellent time management skills with the ability to work quickly and on multiple projects
  • excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • experience working with a content management system
  • some commercial experience is also preferred

marketing executive

Responsibility

  • attending external events and exhibitions for research and knowledge based purposes
  • beginning to end creation of internal marketing campaigns to assist in the promotion of events
  • planning and organising marketing collateral for attendance at external events
  • create compelling copy for email marketing and event websites
  • liaising with the relevant event managers and sales staff, to create all necessary specification and marketing tools to help lead generation for all Forums and Summits
  • responsible for: The creation and delivery of marketing event strategies for a portfolio of events and media brands
  • work across all brand and communications teams to make sure all campaign activity is both aligned and integrated
  • alongside the Head of Marketing plan and manage budget and marketing expenditure
