Responsibility
- work with various technical teams to identify detailed technical requirements considering data quality and integration
- currently we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team of professionals
- provide architectural /development leadership for the technological needs of our customers
- import and export data into Tableau and ability to present findings in dashboards and automate requirements where feasible
- carry out design, development, integration and testing of applications and services
- build automated deployments using configuration management technology
- deploy new modules and upgrades and complete fixes within the production environment
- manages and responds to the ServiceNow system ticket for multiple web applications
Requirements
- bachelor’s Degree or related computer & engineering discipline
- experience in working on managing servers/microservices, logging, monitoring, firewall, etc
- experience with any reporting tool
- experience in Software Development with Agile Methodologies
- good security setup skills, scripting skills
- requires strong communication practices and willingness to be pleasantly persistent when seeking to resolve an issue, either with a user, or with individuals responsible for addressing an issue
