Responsibility
- assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate follow-up interviews
- coordinate and schedule new hire orientation and training sessions

- support HR team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and filing
- assist with employee relations activities and provide support to managers and employees as needed
- assist with benefits administration, including enrolment and eligibility verification
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and assist with HR audits
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and recruitment administration
- strong organizational and communication skills
- understanding of HR laws and regulations
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
