- maintain and develop the Food Safety Management System and HACCP Plan
- maintain SALSA, Organic, Kosher and B Corp certification
- supplier management and due diligence
- managing customer queries and requests
- support NPD functions providing technical guidance to ensure safe, legal and compliant products
- to develop and embed sustainable and environmentally friendly working practices at the heart of the company’s operations and planning
- to develop a food safety and quality culture throughout the manufacturing site by actively facilitating continuous improvement
Requirements
- food safety – minimum level 3
- HACCP – minimum level 3
- lead Auditor
- educated to degree level in a food safety discipline
