- you will be pro-active in providing information and advice quickly and accurately to our customers, colleagues and other stakeholders

- we are excited to be looking for a capable and enthusiastic Operations & Engineering Administrator to join our team to play an integral and important part in our established and expanding business at the Port of Dundee
- general administration duties including but not limited to basic filing / telephone / radio / email communications for the office
- general administration duties as required
- prepare and provide all necessary documentation/reports for customers, management, agents, and other departments within the Group
- this role will report into our Deputy Port Manager and will involve you providing a full and efficient administrative support service whilst becoming our ‘go-to person’ for the Operations and Engineering teams
- communicate effectively with all other departments and external stakeholders.. Maintain good relations with existing customers
- flexibility to assist in other operational areas if and when required at the Port or across the Group
- from time to time you may be required to assist in other operational areas of the Port therefore you will have a flexible approach to your working day
- as a highly organised Operations and Logistics Administrator in a very busy, dynamic Terminal, you will be preparing and providing all necessary documentation/reports for customers, management, agents, and other departments within the Group

Requirements
- you will have demonstrated experience in a similar administrator role, ideally in the transport, logistics or port industries
- you will also be highly organised, efficient and have a good attention to detail
- the ability to confidently manage a busy and varied workload whilst meeting set deadlines
