Responsibility
- we are currently looking for experience Bar Supervisor to join our front of house team at The Station Hotel, Rothes
- welcome guests in the friendly and approachable manner
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- ensure the bar is always kept clean and tidy, fully stocked and ready for busy service
- have an outstanding product knowledge
- day to day running of the bar including opening and closing duties
- currently holding an AA 4- star Hotel rating and 2AA Rosette dining experience, the hotel boasts 15 bedrooms as well as the capacity for up to 60 dining covers across Pagodas Restaurant, Toots Bar and award winning Spirit Safe Whisky Bar with collection of over 500 whiskies
- creating signature cocktails
