Responsibility
help analysts conduct market research, analyze findings, and produce content and presentations
conduct secondary research using industry sources and analyzing Forrester and third-party data
convey research findings through written reports, data visualizations, videos, and infographics
create presentations for Forrester events, consulting, conferences, webinars, etc
develop a deep understanding of European consumer behaviour and the customer experience methodologies firms employ
as needed, help the research team work with Forrester’s sales, marketing, and editorial teams
develop and deliver European Customer Experience Index , Net Promoter Score℠ , and CX teams benchmarking content to guide clients’ CX strategies
design and conduct primary research by planning and conducting telephone interviews, fielding online surveys, and conducting systematic assessments of companies’ websites and apps
Requirements
A strong academic record, preferably a BA/BS degree; equivalent education through previous work experience or certification is considered
two to three years’ relevant work experience in customer experience, marketing, market research, or consulting
success in working with data to surface meaningful insights; background in survey design, analysis, and data management is a plus
proficiency in productivity tools ; experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics is preferred
an understanding of CX trends, technologies, and methodologies
experience in conducting UX reviews, developing customer journey maps, or performing data analysis is a plus
the ability to write clear, concise reports and analysis

partner with account executives by identifying new opportunities within their territory and setting up meetings with C-level prospects
achieve weekly, quarterly, and yearly meetings and opportunity targets
leverage all channels available to engage with prospects and outline Forrester’s unique value proposition
partner with marketing to drive engagement with key events and convert inbound leads into opportunities
understand the changing business and technology issues facing Forrester’s client and prospect base
ensure all customer relationship management task records are up to date at any given time
research key accounts and prospects to understand their goals, objectives, and organizational structures; strategically leverage this insight to engage with prospects and nurture relationships
Requirements
A BS or BA degree or an equivalent experience
proven ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships remotely via email and over the phone
effective organization and time management skills
effective written and verbal communication skills
strong interpersonal skills
