Responsibility

  • we are looking for a General Manager to organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service
  • general Manager responsibilities include scheduling shifts for FOH team, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and taking control of the stock
  • to be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles
  • manage day-to-day operations of the Brasserie
  • also, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
  • hire and onboard new wait staff and baristas
  • ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement and turn our Brasserie into a favourite local spot
  • train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment

  • work experience as a Manager at least 2 years
  • hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
  • good math skills
