Responsibility

  • operating throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland, Forge Leisure Ltd are an established and leading manufacturer of swimming pool cover systems
  • supplied predominately to pools in the commercial sector, the company is currently seeing huge interest from pool operators keen to achieve carbon and energy reduction from this proven technology
  • due to unprecedented growth and company development, we are looking to recruit an administration assistant/receptionist to work alongside an established team in order to further support an ever-expanding strong customer base
  • this is an exciting newly-formed position you can help shape and develop
  • maintain office supplies, inventory and re-order as necessary
  • create, implement and maintain spreadsheets and procedures, including reviewing and updating our manufacturing stock system database
  • perform any ad hoc duties as requested by your manager further supporting our customers and the wider Forge Leisure team
  • raw material procurement and monitoring stock levels

Requirements

  • administrative experience: 3 years
