FOREST YOUTH SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will require significant experience working with complexity and managing their own workload
  • the Service Manager will work closely with the board of directors and management team in developing this role
  • you will have direct line management of managers who will each have one or more settings under their remit
  • you will have overall responsibility for the service delivery within these settings reporting directly to the directors of the organisation
  • forest Youth Services is a new and growing service and to date the Operations Director has fulfilled the role of Service Manager
  • this availability is largely for advice and support in emergencies
  • as a service manager in a therapeutic supported-living setting you will take on overall responsibility for the management and running of the settings under your supervision
  • this may mean taking calls or attending properties out of hours for support and may mean stepping in to fill shifts

Requirements

  • residential or supported living children's placement: 2 years
  • qualified social worker or social work manager: 2 years
  • management: 2 years
