Earnings for position housekeeper

Responsibility

• keep external signage and exterior lighting clean and in proper working order and ensure external signs are visible at all times, particularly in winter
• maintain retaining wall/s and structures, including trimming and weeding of overhanging plants. Large area beyond retaining wall at the Care Home
• clean down retaining wall/s and railings and keep well presented, including painting as necessary. Creosote/paint bin store/s and other fencing/decking at least bi-annually, and ideally annually

Responsibility

• handle enquiries and conduct viewings of the home as required
• process changes to resident and staff information as necessary
• make any appointments as required/directed

Earnings for position receptionist / administrator

Responsibility

• to perform other such reasonable duties as may be required
• to be part of the cleaning rota and to share in the cleaning duties
• to be part of the cleaning rota and to share in the cleaning duties on occasion and if required
