Responsibility
- handle enquiries and conduct viewings of the home as required
- process changes to resident and staff information as necessary
- make any appointments as required/directed
- provide administrative support to other members of the team as necessary
- answer the telephone and either handling the call or directing it to the most appropriate person
- ensure resident and staff records are kept securely, up to date and in good order
