- verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the accountant of errors
- recording any inconsistencies to help the accountant reconcile inaccuracies
Requirements
- proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- proficient in using SAGE accounting software and MS Office Suite
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- accounting: 1 year
