how does the Apprenticeship work?
you’ll spend a minimum of 6 hours a week in a number of different Training, Learning & Development Activities that all develop your Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours in line with your Apprenticeship Qualification
these will include staff meetings, online courses, shadowing other team members, as well as a monthly online study workshop, basically a lesson, with your Tutor, lasting between 2 and 3 hours, during which you will be taught a particular subject / topic / module
