Requirements

  • previous experience working as a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician
  • A ‘can do attitude’ and ‘no job is too small or to big’ kind of mentality
  • general networking skills - WLAN, WAN, LAN configuration & troubleshooting
  • excellent knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
  • ability to work on own initiative
  • experience of Windows Server Support and relevant technologies - Active Directory, DHCP, DNS would be an advantage
  • the ability to troubleshoot until issues are resolved
  • excellent verbal and written skills
