Responsibility
- troubleshooting our customer network deployments where faults arise
- work with customers to implement change requests
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of infrastructure components
- monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance
- develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures
- implement security measures to protect the company's infrastructure and data
- evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness
- provide technical support and guidance to end customers on networking products
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
- fortinet and Cisco IOS hands-on experience desirable
- strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and UNIX
- experience with VPN configuration and management
- familiarity with virtualization technologies
- knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks
- experience with cloud platforms
