fitness instructor
Responsibility
- coach our small group personal training and larger group classes in line with 1 Force Fitness standards
- provide a personal, friendly, and non-intimidating experience to every member
- our goal is for every member to leave each session feeling better than when they arrived
- maintain a safe training environment and uphold the highest standard of personal presentation
- support the 1 Force Fitness Marketing Team as needed, whether it’s content creation or in-person events
- conduct tours of the gym for potential new members and assist with sales systems and operations
- you may be asked to contribute to the 1 Force Fitness program blueprint, assisting the Head Coach with program design
- as a 1 Force Fitness coach, it’s essential that you genuinely care for the safety of our members and build honest relationships to support them in achieving their goals
Requirements
- level 3 qualified personal trainer
