- we are thrilled to represent a wonderful family residing in Reigate, Surrey, in their search for an experienced and nurturing nanny
- prioritize emotional regulation and handle tantrums confidently and calmly
- focus on creating a safe environment, prioritising expression over discipline
- engage with children on their level, fostering effective communication
- recognize the importance of routine, quality nutrition, and proper sleep, particularly for highly sensitive children
- the family comprises two lovely children—a 4-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl, with the elder attending kindergarten on weekdays from 8.30 am to midday
- our client is seeking a dedicated and emotionally mature nanny to provide part-time care for their children. The position entails three days a week, with each day consisting of a half-day session
Requirements
- proven experience in providing childcare, preferably with a background in attachment-focused care
- understanding of the long-term implications of care giving decisions, particularly for sensitive children
- availability to work three days a week, half a day each day
- start date for duties is from December
