Responsibility
- lead, manage, and inspire a small team of care professionals to provide outstanding care services
- oversee the recruitment, training, and development of care staff, ensuring they deliver care with compassion and competence
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC standards, and maintain accurate records
- develop, implement and monitor care plans, making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving client needs
- foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
- monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
- handle any escalated issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting
