- A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Projects Manager to join a dynamic and growing Doncaster company
- the Projects Manager will take ownership of the Operations Function and be responsible for
- we are a busy and successful property development and property investment company working predominantly in the domestic sector as well as expanding into the hospitality, commercial and public sectors
- this is an exciting role critical to the overall company performance for a successful local business with ambitious growth plans and significant future career development opportunities
- overseeing all aspects of property development projects through from inception, planning & design phase liaising with professional advisors, performance managing the property development phase incorporating budget and contractor control and ensuring projects are completed to standard, on schedule and within budget with performance related bonuses incorporated into the remuneration package
Requirements
- A proven track record of managing property development projects
- displaying negotiating skills with a polite engaging manner and excellent interpersonal skills
- the successful applicant will receive an excellent remuneration package
- the starting salary will be £40,000.00 per year plus company vehicle plus a performance related bonus scheme
- domestic Property Project Management: 2 years
- excellent organisational and time management skills with an exceptional attention to detail. The ability to multitask and prioritise work to specified deadlines is critical to this role. Displaying negotiating skills with a polite engaging manner
- the successful candidate should have a positive, optimistic "can do" attitude bringing energy and enthusiasm to the business, the ability to work within a fast paced and changing environment with flexibility to ensure projects are completed on schedule
