  • manage busy sections and maintain a seamless service flow at your assigned tables
  • present the menu and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • anticipate and address the needs of guests throughout their visit
  • collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of service
  • handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements

  • previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar upscale environment
  • exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage busy sections efficiently
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for food and beverage, with a basic understanding of cocktails
  • availability to work evenings, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • flexibility to work either part-time or full-time hours
