Head Chef / Kitchen Manager (Days Only) Paisley
Food Forty Six are recruiting an experienced Chef/Kitchen Manager to oversee all food production and preparation for their award winning Paisley cafe. The role involves working up to 5 days out of 7 from 8am-4pm (open to discussing flexibility).We are looking for someone who:Has high standards of food hygiene and knowledge of relevant legislationIs comfortable placing orders and controlling stock levels, with an awareness of food costIs creative in their approach and not afraid to change things up. It will be your menu, what do you want to see on it?Is driven and passionate about good, simple foodWorks well without supervision, we will leave you to get on with itWe're a small team with two supportive owners who are keen for you to have input to menu design moving forward.
